Continuous Improvement! We Hosted Another Functional-parts Training on AGS & Charging Flap

[Summary] To continuously consolidate our technical advantage in the functional-parts domain, we again invited senior industry experts to conduct on-site guidance and a multi-week intensive training focused on core products such as AGS, charging flaps and air vents, improving the team’s engineering problem-solving capability through practical case analysis.

[Lead] After successfully expanding into new businesses such as AGS and charging flaps, we attach great importance to internalizing and deepening technical capability, organizing a new round of functional-parts intensive training to push the team’s professional capability to a new level.

[Training Highlights]

Expert on-site guidance: industry experts stationed on-site to diagnose specific project difficulties one-on-one.
Focus on core products: in-depth analysis of AGS, charging-flap and air-vent design details and failure modes.
Practical case review: full-process review of delivered and in-development projects to summarize lessons learned.

[Training Details] Experts gave in-depth explanations around AGS system optimization (blade fracture, motor stall, seal failure), charging-flap reliability improvement (waterproofing, dustproofing, anti-noise, IP rating) and air-vent feel and airflow control (friction sources, blade line, low noise); the team actively exchanged ideas on real project issues.

[Strategic Significance] Continuous technical training is an important strategy for building a learning organization and maintaining technical leadership, establishing a systematic functional-parts design methodology and issue library.
