Expanding Again! We Launched a Brand-new Front/Rear Bumper Assembly Design Project

[Summary] Another piece of good news on business expansion: recently we formally signed with a tier-1 supplier of a traditional automaker to undertake the structural design of its front/rear bumper assembly, providing a complete set of engineering services from feasibility analysis to tooling support.

[Lead] Relying on our rich experience in interior/exterior structural design, we won the tier-1 supplier’s trust and formally launched a brand-new model’s front/rear bumper assembly design project, deepening our large exterior structural-part business layout.

[Project Highlights]

Large assembly development: undertaking the complete structural design of front/rear bumpers, a core safety and appearance part.
Supplier cooperation: collaborative development with the tier-1 supplier, precisely aligning with OEM standards.
Full-process service: providing a one-stop solution from early layout, section design, data freeze to tooling tracking.

[Project Details] Bumper assembly design must balance low-speed crash regulations, pedestrian protection, lightweighting and matching precision with surrounding parts. The team is responsible for structural design and optimization, process feasibility analysis (flow path, cooling, warpage deformation) and assembly-scheme formulation, resolving gap/flushness issues and improving overall exterior quality.

[Strategic Significance] The launch of the front/rear bumper project is strong proof of our technical strength in the large exterior-parts domain; deep binding with the tier-1 supplier will further integrate us into the mainstream supply-chain system.
