[Lead] Recently, we successfully completed the charging-flap and fuel-filler assembly structural-design project for a foreign traditional automaker, smoothly passing the stringent hard-tooling mass-production validation; our engineering service capability has reached international mainstream OEM standards.

[Project Details] The project’s requirements for precision, durability, appearance flushness and extreme-condition adaptability were far higher than conventional. The team precisely customized the solution and through multiple rounds of data optimization first used soft-tooling build for rapid iteration, then stationed on-site for hard-tooling trials to strictly control mass-production metrics, and finally passed validation.
