[Summary] Based on the coordinated development of NEV and fuel vehicles, we conducted a special training on charging-flap and fuel-filler assembly design, and through a two-month expert empowerment overcame technical difficulties, completing our body closure-part design capability and further refining the full-category functional-parts layout.

[Technical Upgrade Details] With in-depth training on core difficulties such as hinge structure, sealing waterproofing, gap/flushness and open/close abnormal noise, the team rapidly mastered the full-process technology from scheme layout, data development to mass-production process matching, and gained the ability to independently undertake projects.
[Strategic Significance] This upgrade achieves full coverage of core functional parts — AGS, air vents, charging flaps and fuel filler flaps — and our professional service capability has reached a new level.
