8-Month Efficient Delivery! We Completed a Mainstream Automaker’s IP & CNSL Assembly Project
[Summary] After 8 months of dedicated effort, we successfully completed the full-process development and delivery of an IP instrument panel assembly and CNSL center-console assembly for a major domestic mainstream automaker, simultaneously launching three configurations — refrigerator-equipped high-end, refrigerator-free standard, and taxi-specific — and smoothly entering the mass-production phase.
[Lead] Recently, we announced the successful completion of the structural design project for a domestic mainstream automaker’s IP instrument panel and CNSL center-console assembly; after 8 months of intensive effort it passed all validations and formally entered mass production.
[Project Highlights]
Efficient delivery: completed the full process from design to mass-production validation within 8 months.
Multi-version development: simultaneously delivered three configurations — refrigerator-equipped high-end, refrigerator-free standard, and taxi-specific.
Full-chain service: covering styling feasibility assessment, CAS/data freeze, tooling optimization and build issue resolution.
[Project Details] Following the OEM’s development standards, the project team completed the full structural design of the instrument-panel body, center console and vent grille, and addressed pain points such as in-vehicle gap/flushness and interior abnormal noise with targeted technical breakthroughs and closed-loop rectification, ensuring high feasibility and stability.
[Strategic Significance] This delivery validated our comprehensive capabilities in multi-version concurrent development, complex interior-system integration and full-process control, and we will continue to deepen our presence in the automotive cockpit domain.
