Mercedes-Benz V-Class Shengmufeng front bumper kit design case
We were responsible for the Mercedes-Benz V-Class Shengmufeng (Summit) appearance bumper-kit design case. Centered on the off-road conversion of a high-end business MPV, the project developed reinforced styling kits for the front bar, hood and grille assembly, balancing luxury texture with outdoor off-road capability.

1. Off-road conversion of premium MPV: Interpreting the luxurious business V-Class into a rugged off-road style, the front bar integrates a winch and auxiliary lights to enhance outdoor adventure attributes.
2. Reinforced styling kit: The hood and grille assembly adopt more powerful surfaces and metal guards to strengthen front-face presence.
3. OEM-quality matching: Scanning original vehicle data ensured uniform DTS (gap/flushness) between accessory parts and original body panels, maintaining Mercedes-Benz-level refinement.
4. Material & reliability: Weather-resistant composites and anti-corrosion metal parts were selected to suit multi-scenario outdoor use and ensure long-term reliability.
