Tesla Model 3 modification bumper exterior design case
We were responsible for the Tesla Model 3 modification front/rear bumper exterior design case. Positioned as a pure-EV sport sedan, the project developed front lip, rear diffuser and wide-body kit that combine aerodynamics with personalized expression, strengthening the sporty visual and optimizing high-speed stability.

1. Sporty aerodynamics: The front lip and rear diffuser, designed with airflow management, increase high-speed downforce and reduce drag, reinforcing the Model 3’s track and handling DNA.
2. Wide-body stance shaping: Widening fenders and side skirts lowers the visual center of gravity, creating a more aggressive low-slung stance.
3. Non-destructive installation: Scanning the original vehicle data ensured uniform DTS (gap/flushness) of accessory parts, using original-hole installation without body cutting.
4. Material & process: High-strength composite materials control weight while resisting impact, with various surface treatments for personalized customization.
