Technology roadmap planning: responsible for charge port cover technology development roadmap, new technology iteration and innovative applications, and knowledge system building. Related technology coordination: capable of communicating and optimizing with related technologies such as PQ (product quality), dimensional matching, odor and electronic control. Cost-down & quality improvement: complete performance improvement, scenario-based development, quality improvement and VAVE cost-down for mass-production models. 2. AGS direction: Product design & development: responsible for AGS (active grille shutter) product design and development, including styling feasibility analysis, regulation review, weight assessment and section creation. Data & document delivery: complete scheme design, 3D data design, GD&T, appearance drawings and assembly drawings, and prepare deliverables such as DCS, DVP, DFMEA, initial BOM, development plan and SOR. CAE analysis tracking: track CAE analyses (modal, mounting point strength, part stiffness, CFD, etc.) and provide improvement recommendations. Supplier management: organize supplier technical reviews (TR), participate in mold/tooling development and supplier laboratory approval, and be responsible for part development technical agreement signing, Level-3 plans and full-process tracking management. Issue closure: lead or support resolution of BIR/TIR/AUDIT issues during prototyping, launch and testing, and drive product ESO approval (appearance approval, color matching, MB approval, etc.). Cost-down & weight reduction: responsible for planning and implementation of exterior cost-down and weight-reduction schemes.
