The core team gathered in Chongqing, establishing a technology path centered on automotive structural design. Focused on the engineering realization of interior and exterior styling, the team accumulated deep cross-section design and fundamental process knowledge in early projects—laying a solid technical foundation for building a stable design-to-manufacturing workflow.

The company was officially registered, committed to becoming the technical link between OEMs and suppliers. As the core technical support behind tier-1 suppliers, we provide full-category structural design services and proactively front-load molding process evaluation into the design phase—ensuring solutions are not only aesthetically sound but also highly manufacturable.
Experience Accumulation · DFM Design Specification
Reviewing historical mold trial and vehicle assembly cases, we extracted high-frequency issues and progressively built an internal DFM design checklist. Transforming craft judgment that originally relied on individual experience into executable standardized processes, we proactively mitigate injection molding risks at the design stage—significantly reducing later mold modifications and lowering customer trial-and-error costs.

Building on a solid interior/exterior structural business, we successfully expanded into precision functional parts. Fully undertaking structural design of high-complexity components including charge port covers, fuel port covers, active grille shutters (AGS) and CNSL armrests. Addressing the stringent requirements of such products for kinematic mechanisms and assembly precision, we further enhanced the team's adaptability and delivery capability on complex engineering challenges.

Joining hands with partner teams to introduce CAE simulation and mold flow analysis capabilities, effectively filling the virtual validation gap and building a closed-loop system of "structural design → process verification → issue remediation".
